Greenville Center, Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation, is located in a peaceful country setting, overlooking Waterman Lake. Our Center provides short and long-term skilled nursing and rehabilitative services which include Physical, Occupational, Speech and Respiratory Therapies as well as Memory Impairment Care. The multi-disciplinary care team at Greenville Center consists of physicians, nurses, social workers, dietitians, and rehabilitative therapists all dedicated to improving the lives we touch through the delivery of high-quality health care and everyday compassion. Fine dining services including continental and “cook to order” breakfasts as well as other meals, are served in our beautiful dining room overlooking Waterman Lake. Greenville Center accepts admissions 7 days per week, and tours are welcomed at any time.
