Since 1967, we have proudly served the Kingsport and Tri-Cities area, growing and evolving to meet the changing needs of our community. Today's Holston Manor serves many more short term guests, whose goal is to return home. Longer term stays are no longer the norm. In either case, however, our tradition of "patient-centered" care and hospitality remains. And our location places you within five minutes of hospitals & emergency services if needed.
