Cityview Care Center is a 210-bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in the southwest medical district, off Bryant Irvin Road and Oakmont Blvd. As a respected leader in our medical community, we've been helping bridge the gap from hospital to home with our Direct Admit Program. Our physician staff includes, Pulmonologist, Internal Medicine, Infectious Disease, Physiatrist and Psychiatrist. Providing Complex Medical Care and Rehabilitative Services combined with amenities like Private Rehab Suites to provide an environment for healing and recovery. Cityview Care Center can also provide Long Term Care and Vacation Care.
