- This facility hires almost all foreign nursing and aide staff. - Difficult for elderly to understand their accents. - There were concerns that many were even able to read English, and yet they were dispensing medicine. However, they could not explain to the patient what each medicine was for. - Patients do not have a phone or TV unless family brings it in. - Two of the nurses got in a verbal screaming match over who would loan my mother a phone to call me in the middle of the night because she was afraid to take strange medication. - I moved her out of this facility in less than 12 hours! - I found the service awful and the staff less than professional. - The entire experience was frightening.
