The Clairmont Tyler is a 120-bed Skilled Long Term Nursing Facility located 2 blocks from both major hospitals. We have an Express Recovery Unit specializing in sub-acute care providing IV, Trach, Wound, and Cardiac Care Therapy. We offer in-house rehab specializing in Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy. Clairmont also has the only female Alzheimers Unit in the area. We offer private and semi-private rooms with full baths. Clairmont accepts Medicare, Medicaid, Private pay and most insurances.
