Twin Pines Nursing And Rehabilitation Center

My parents don't feel there is any difference between nursing homes. I
do! Every time I visit the place, it stinks and they have these large trash
cans filled with laundry that smell bad. When one goes by be prepared to
want to puke. When I tried to find a nurse all nurses were gone to lunch
and not one person at the nurses station. I feel the ratio of nursing staff to
patients is too high for quality care. My mom is afraid to complain. My dad
doesn't think there's any better care because of nurse shortages. When I
talked to mom's nurse, she stated that my mother should tell the doctor
she's in pain when he visits that it's not up to the nurses to inform doctors
of problems. I have seen this place on the 100 worst nursing homes list
twice. I can't pull up 2007 or the 2011 June list to prove it, I wish I printed
it.
