Welcome to Woodland Park Rehabilitation and Care Center, home of Salt Lake City’s premier skilled nursing and rehabilitative care. Our team of care professionals provides around-the-clock care designed to meet the individual needs of each patient. In addition, our staff includes a full-time nurse practitioner, wound specialist and a social work team led by a licensed clinical social worker.
