This place is horrible and should not be open let alone allowed to
keep anyone for any type of care. After 4 days my family and I got
our grandmother out of this place. She was there for care after surgery
and for a bed wound and had a machine that needed to be turned on
at all times... Each time we were there physically it wasn't even
plugged in but when we called and asked nurses said "yeah it's
working fine." Her wounds got worse there because of the treatment
she was given and we ended up demanding she be sent to the local
ER... This took threats of calling the police just to get her transported.
There were NO registered nurses/doctors in the facility at night, just
a "supervisor" who mainly watched the office and manned the
phones.. The nurse who I'm assuming was suppose to be there on
duty called from her home... Food is crap and it seems that student
nurses do ALL the work. What food we ended up bringing (snacks) to
her was consumed by patients who just randomly entered her room or
nursing staff... One person told her to "eat a peppermint" as they
grabbed for chips and cookies in her drawer... Please, if you love your
loved ones and value their health take them some where else.
