They harm more then they help. We told them Mom was active. She fell the first
night she was there, they lied and said she had a heart attack and sent her to
the hospital. The doctor figured out the truth. Mom had bed sores within 3-4
days. We had to hire sitters to sit with her overnight to protect her from the
nurses. They nurses retaliated by being ugly-natured and unhelpful. They refused
to give medication timely, they made up paperwork requirements, it was a
nightmare. Management talked us into NOT getting hospice...I wish we had. Mom
only lasted 6 days, but at that place, it was 6 days of hell...
