Mountain View Center

Located on beautiful grounds overlooking the Green Mountains, Mountain View Center offers ShortStay Rehabilitation, Memory Impairment Care and LongTerm Care services. Our medical team includes nurse practitioners who are certified in wound and ostomy care. Rehabilitation Services are provided in a spacious, state-of-the-art treatment gym by one of 20 licensed therapists. In addition, we offer transportation services for hospital, appointments and community outings. The newly renovated courtyard and accessible garden are welcoming for patients, residents and family. Mountain View Center was declared Deficiency Free 2009 and 2010 as well as an ACHA Silver Award Winner, Vermont Quality Winner, Patriot's Award Winner and Gold Star Employer for five years in a row.
