Hidden Valley Center is located in the heart of Oak Hill, West Virginia. We are conveniently located minutes off of Route 19. We have a Homestead Dementia Unit and a Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Unit. We provide ShortStay Care Rehabilitation as well as LongTerm Care. Hidden Valley offers Physical, Speech, Occupational and Respiratory Therapy. All rooms are equipped with telephone service and free wireless internet. We offer restaurant-style dining and a full range of activity programs 7 days a week.
