Rosewood Center

Rosewood Center is located in Grafton West Virginia - which is about 10 miles from Fairmont and 20 miles from Morgantown. The Center went through an extensive renovation in 2009 and has updated amenities. We offer exceptional Nursing and Rehabilitation Services. Telephone, cable and laundry are a complimentary service and we offer an extensive activity program to meet each individual's needs.
