Teays Valley Center is located in the heart of Teays Valley, West Virginia. This location is easily accessible to both the Charleston and Huntington, West Virginia areas. We offer LongTerm Care services as well as ShortStay Rehabilitation including Physical, Occupational, Speech and Respiratory Therapy Services. The facility is newly renovated and features new resident lounge areas and two cafe settings for dining. We offer free internet and telephone services and a range of activity programs are offered seven days per week.
