Valley Center

Valley Center is located in a quiet, wooded setting near Charleston, West Virginia. Our Transitional Care Unit offers a recovery alternative for patients requiring Rehabilitation and enhanced clinical services. The TCU rooms are spacious and equipped with individual televisions, phones, and wireless internet services. The TCU lounge and cafe provides a large screen TV, computer, and is located near the therapy gym, courtyard and TCU entrance.
