The facility offers weekly nursing care. Management that is very
attentive to the resident and family needs. The home is clean, and
the staff is caring.

Home environment not as clean as it should be, residents appeared
unkempt. Caregiver noted on the phone and not interacting with the
residents. At mealtime, portions appeared inadequate and meal
choice was very high in salt. Seemed very small for wheelchair use,
resident struggling to maneuver chair. Caregiver friendly to visitor
but later overheard profanity being spoken.
