I have witnessed over many occasions visiting Geri-care the owner yelling at staff and degrading staff in front of residents.
Many of witch are elderly residents, many have memory issues.I have seen the owner yell and rant at staff then immediately
turn and act like nothing happened. But anyone could see that even the residents were stunned at the way the owner was
talking to the staff. at times Residents even felt they had to stand up for staff members. Staff members really seem to care
about the residents. But are obviously hindered in doing their job by this out of control woman.!
