This Assisted Living routinely violates the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 by releasing private resident medical information for those not specifically listed on the forms. After repeated attempts to stop this and requests to investigate, nothing has been done. My relative is moving out. The nursing staff does nothing but dispense medication and cannot be bothered to interact with the residents. Beware.
