This is a gem in Maysville. Its close to I-85 and very convenient to Gainesville, Commerce, and Athens. The facility is purpose built for elder care which is a plus, and its the perfect size for most seniors (24 rooms). Its family owned and operated which is fantastic because at no time will any concerns or complaints get lost in some corporate office. In fact if you want the owner's cell phone they will give it to you, how many other full-service facilities will do that? Southern Pines is very clean as evident by their flawless inspection scores. This place is by far the best value in the area and everyone should check it out if you are looking for a place for you loved one.

Southern Pines has been extremely accommodating for my family and I. I enjoy the fact that they are big enough to offer superior service but small enough to offer an intimate experience for mom. I have met the owner who is there most days, this community is family owned and that is nice because no issue can't be solved and service is impeccable. I would highly recommend this facility.
