Resident & family reviews
I would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff at Autumn Breeze for the care that my uncle has received since he has been there. He was taken in under respite care at a critical moment in our lives. His wife was in the hospital and he was unable to stay home alone, and he could not stay day and night at the hospital.
My aunt was in and out of the hospital and even stayed at Autumn Breeze as well. My aunt was taken to a nursing home before she passed away in February. My uncle continued to stay at the facility and now has become a full time resident. He is happy, and looks and feels the best he has in a long time.
Mary Etta is a sweetheart! I can't thank her enough for all the help she has given me and my family. I now consider her part of the family! She really has had the most utmost care and concern for our family.
Before John became a resident here his blood sugars were all over the place. Since he has been there his diabetes is now under control. His hygiene is better, and all of his medical needs are being addressed. Thank you to all the staff for your love and patience you have had for our family. There were times when I would have folded if it hadn't been for your love and support. I can never thank you enough.
I can't begin to call everyone by name because I am afraid I would forget someone. I want to thank you all for the sweet smiling faces that I am always greeted with when I come to visit. I love to see the interaction of all of the residents and see the sense of belonging they have on their faces. Each and every time I come it has been clean and everyone is happy. That's what you want to see when you visit your loved ones.
I have made many friends, both staff and other residents, and I am thankful God has placed sweet caring people in this facility. Keep loving and caring for all of the residents when family can't be there.
I appreciate you all!

The entire staff is poor. You have diabetics that receive sugar in foods. You have staff that is NOT LICENSED to give injections to residents. You have residents that complain to the director and she will fuss them out for complaining & tells them they have no right to complain & if they do it again they will be served an eviction notice to leave. You have residents who are injured and families are not notified. You have residents that are over medicated by the nurse for "controlling" of the residents. You have windows that are screwed shut so that residents can not get out. There are no LEGAL safety measures taken/used in this facility such as fire drills once a month(papers are altered to look like they do). You have residents that rooms are dirty due to not being cleaned properly by cleaning staff. It stinks like urine all the time. My mother was there for almost a year & I moved her out due to the thieves that are there with no concern from management. You have residents that are not bathed or depends not changed when needed
