6 days after signing a contract to move my mom into assisted living at Atria, she broke her arm and had to go into rehab. I informed Atria that she would not be able to move in, but they insisted on waiting until she could be reassessed. After 3 wks. the Atria nurse determined that she could move in, but would require 24 hour personal care....a cost 3 times what our original contract called for. Not only would they not discuss a prorated rebate, the director of the facility did not even have the courtesy to return my phone call. If considering Atria Johnson Ferry, please go in with your eyes open and don't be swayed by "special" offerings.
