Eno Pointe Assisted Living

My mom is a resident at Eno Pointe. She can be difficult but she has had
the best care ANYONE could have had.I have had no problems with things
being stolen. Mom has left money in her pockets several times .It has
been returned every time . As for Doris Coleman . She Is the best . She
knows what is going on at all times. I have never tried to meet with her
when she did not do it. The staff at this place is amazing . They are all so
friendly and take good care of mom. I would recommend this place for
anyone who cares about their family

My mom is difficult and in that respect they took good care of her. However
she was robbed blind and literally had to lock up everything of any value!
Nothing was ever done to stop this...there was always an excuse as to why and a
very few items were returned with no explanation.
The worst thing that happened...I WAS ROBBED OF BEING WITH MY MOM IN THE LAST
MINUTES OF HER LIFE DUE TO THE INCOMPETENCE OF ENO AND DORIS. I WAS NOT CALLED
UNTIL SHE WAS ON HER WAY TO THE HOSPITAL AND I WAS ONLY LEFT A VOICE MAIL AND NO
OTHER NUMBERS WERE CALLED UNTIL I CALLED HER ALMOST AN HOUR LATER!! I HOPE YOU
ROT ENO AND DORIS COLEMAN FOR ROBBING OF ME MY MOMS LAST MINUTES OF LIFE OF HER
SUFFERING BY HERSELF AND OF BEING A COWARD WHEN WE CALLED AND YOU SAID YOU WOULD
BE THERE AND LOW AND BEHOLD OF COURSE YOU WERE NOT YOU HAD STEPPED OUT...COWARD
