We have been very pleased with the care given to our mother. We are in the process of looking for a place to move her due to financial constraints. We will miss all the staff and the loving care they have expressed to our entire family. Most of the staff is marvelous and very compassionate! There is some concern with one of the nurses, but I guess one out of all the rest is not bad. I would suggest Heritage Suites to anyone that does not have to worry about money. And DON'T let me find out that you treat the staff badly -- I will still be visiting regularly.
