As my rating says, I wouldn't recommend this service to my worst enemy.
For the amount of money you have to pay to them they should take
better care of the residents. My dad had a very bad cut on his hand, which
should have received medical attention (deep enough that he should
have had stitches) and they did nothing...just put a bandage on it. When
asked how he'd cut his hand the response was "We don't know." That was
pretty much their response to any question we had about any bumps or
bruises he had.
