This facility is no longer a licensed Board and Care Facility. The License has
been revoked. This is a very bad facility and has been under investigation by
the Nevada County Adult Protective Services for several reasons. I am a payee
through Social Security and handle finances for seniors and disabled adults and
have had several clients that had to be pulled from this home due to very poor
care and miss use of funds. It may be a good idea to remove this facility from
