Resident & family reviews

This home does not belong in a nice neighborhood!

This home houses volatile, annoying, unpredictable and downright seedy residents who have NO supervision whatsoever. I cannot figure out why it would seem appropriate to the owners of this facility to bring a bunch of mentally ill MEN into a neighborhood full of nice young families and CHILDREN. We cannot open our windows for fear of our children hearing profanities at all times of day or night, not to mention have our sleep disrupted at all hours. Playing outside is off-limits for us too, unless we want to breathe in thick plumes of cigarette smoke and hear, yes, more profanity at top volume. Why don't we move? Why, we would love to! Does anyone want to buy our home and live near a bunch of disruptive, inconsiderate crazies with no supervision? No? Well, how about renting our home then? We'll even knock $1000 off what we pay for our mortgage just so we can move! No again? I don't blame you. I wish I could get out of this neighborhood but we're stuck. Thanks Newburn Guest Home for RUINING a young family's dream of home ownership in a nice, quiet, family-oriented neighborhood. PLEASE JUST GO AWAY!

Aggressive Patients

This facility has a high turn over rate due to the aggressive and reactive people living in the facility. If you like smoking all day and profanity, you might like the place. The caretaker only reacts to the patients when not smoking herself and/or when the patients get to out of control (that is when there appears to be any caretaker there at all).
