Dignified Living-Serrano

My brother was living in this facility & i can say that there was nothing
dignified about this home. The place should be red tagged & closed. The bathroom
is dirty, the floors are filthy, tile is broken in hallway which is an extreme
hazard should someone fall or cut their foot, the summer is the worse with no
air conditioning which makes it unbearable to live eat or breath ! Oh there is a
small dinky little air conditioner that will only semi cool you off if your on
front of it...which is ridiculous when you have other room that are sweltering
hot !!! The food, oh goodness the food...why my sibling had to pay that amount
of money is beyond me for the food that was served day after day. There is no
type of entertainment for the clients...just a TV with 10 channels. No games,
nothing ! Quite honestly they'd get more in jail ! I am so surprised that this
place is still operating. Rahab is never present but maybe once a month or twice
if it's her payday !!!!!! NOT DIGNIFIED AT ALL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
