Experience with this very disorganized company and untrained staff, oversights and lack of knowledge of consumer needs and special needs conditions has been very disappointing and unacceptable. This company is understaffed and micro-managed, promises to consumers have not been delivered, and staff are not supported with essential trainings to perform their job in ways that would promote and facilitate the best interests of those whom it services. Experience as a consumer's family member at another location run by this company has been unacceptable, and very unprofessionally run, due to gross lack of ethical communications.
