Titusville Towers

I recently went to visit my grandmother at Titusville Towers. What I found
was a toilet clogged with feces that had overflowed, roaches on the floor, no
light bulb in the bedroom and worst of all, my grandmother, who is afflicted
with Alzheimer's, has an infected rash going from the side of her stomach
down her inner leg to her vagina. This was nothing that was being treated,
even though a CNA was supposed to be helped her shower every day. there is
no way they could have missed this. when my mother and i confronted the
CNAs on duty about the condition of her apartment and this rash we were told
we were personally attacking them and they locked themselves in the office
downstairs where i heard them laughing and telling another employee about
what had happened when i went to go check on whether they were coming
back to help nearly 20 minutes after they disappeared. I knocked on the
door, told them i could hear them through the door, but didn't receive a
response. my mother was also phoning the same office they had locked
themselves in and asking they at least come back up with nighttime
underpants for my grandmother, which were missing from her apartment. I
honestly hope Mr. Lambert takes this situation seriously and changes these
very serious issues.
