Northpointe Retirement Community

Please do not consider this place to place your love ones. The place
may look fancy when you walk in but the owner has made the choice to
spend money, paid by the residences, on decorations. He makes up
this cost by providing substandard food, medical service and dirty
rooms. He allows unqualified people to give out medicine. He makes
a lot of claims and promises during the interview but does not live up to
them. The kitchen maybe open 24 hrs but no one is there to provide
food. He offers 24 hr care but medical care is not provided after 6pm.
The heating and AC is outdated and does not work half the time.
Please look elsewhere so you can sleep good at night.

This facility is a sham they put up a front for caring for your family
and offer you all these things that are not the way they really are.
Once your family is there and you don't check up on them on a
regular bases their needs are not begin met and the residents tends
to talk about how they are treated. This place allow non licenses
people to give out meds, and there are time they so called nuses
take the meds themselves. THE Facility is full of mildew and and not
taken care of properly. There have been times that the facility doors
are open due to the air is off most of times and residents complain of
how hot the place is. The meals are planned by the state and they are
very seldom followed unless state walks in and if they are he always
but on the paper a alternate menu which is allowed but it is always
alternate there. The residents complain of bad service there and they
are so right for the money that they spend to live there. Thy paint a
pretty picture yes it looks nice if you are just taking at a glance in a
walk thru ,but go there and spend some time you will see the real
light. How can someone take advantage of people like this and have
no heart for the people God is not pleased with this and it will not
continue he will put a stop to it.Least you do unto the least of them you
have done it unto God. but WEALTH OF THE WICKED IS LAID UP FOR
THE RIGHTEOUS. MAY this be a warning to some that everything that
look good is not good for you. If you can take care of yourself a little
bit and have a chance to make discussions for yourself consider
looking for other places to live.
