I would highly recommend that you DO NOT place any family member
that you love into this facility. They will slowly deteriorate. There is a
high turnover rate of employees and unlicensed employees giving
medications to the people you love. The doors are not locked in the
back as they should be after hours so anyone can walk in at anytime
and put your loved ones in grave danger and they do not monitor who
comes in and out of the doors. There is a sign in sheet but nobody
monitors this. I have taken my loved one out and nobody even knew
we were gone. Our family members room has a stench or urine as
they do not take the time to clean the necessary belongings or to
take the time to make sure the residents are clean. This facility IS
NOT warm and welcoming they DO NOT have activities that promote
ones mind of those that suffer from dementia. That is FALSE
advertising. Our loved one sits in their room with no encouragement
to leave as she sits there sad and depressed and no one to care. It
would be inappropriate for me to talk about the people that manage
this facility so I will leave my comments on that unheard.
