This place looks good from the outside but not inside. Once your
loved one is received at Hearthstone, it will take no time before Dawn
Grady (General Manager) finds ways to raise your rent and the kicker
is she doesn't have to formally state this in the billing. Months and
months of 'overdue bills' will take place before one figures out what is
going on. The staff is HIGHLY disgruntled as well -- Dawn lowers their
hours so virtually no one is employed at 40 hrs per week (part time
help is far less costly than full time). BEWARE and don't be fooled!!
