My Mom spent a couple of months there. If you're in A or B level care and
can are still somewhat independent, this is a great facility. However, the
Memory Care portion of the facility is horrible. Not only does the price go up
by $1,000, the care goes down the tubes! My Mom was there for only 3
weeks and was black & blue with cuts on her face from the constant falling
from no supervision and no adequate way to call out for help. The care
givers in that home are extremely immature and unprofessional. One of the
care givers was totally grossed out when he had to clean my Mom's
bottom. My Mom was very unhappy and restless there and I could not get
her out of there fast enough! My recommendation for those who need
more hands on care, is to seek out a private care home where my
experience in the level of care was outstanding!
