The care is less than advertised. The center paints a pretty picture that is not realized when it comes to attentive care or doctor/nursing orders. I see my mother at least 3-5 times per week and either treatments or meds are not provided although they are instructed to do so. As a nurse (PhD, RN,) I am very unsatisfied with the lack of follow up in many instances suck as hearing aid placement or assisting her to dining room. Many other residents have complained to no avail. I am considering notifying state /national organizations about the level of care advertised and not met. I have spoken w/director and nurse manager who assure me specifics will be taken care and yet, not done.l
