Don't believe the write up. Example: The exercise room has NOTHING in it. The
vending machines have been removed from the snack room since the owner said
he 'slipped" at the beverage station, although washers leak DAILY onto floor & dryers don't
work. The 3rd meal is usually a sandwich, taco, or pizza. Jeff, owner, and Nelda,
Manager, are cold, arrogant and unresponsive to clients and Staff. The State has
been investigating 140+ complaints since Jan 2012 and were there every day &
night for a week in March. Roaches are finally being exterminated. They are
understaffed and staff is treated like slaves. However, most do the best they can
even though hours have been cut & schedules are erratic. Medication mismanagement is
improving but we self-medicate for that reason. IF you have NO WHERE ELSE to go,
then think about it. Otherwise, wait until Management has been replaced, by the
grace of God. Rooms are large, but there are only three elevators for an 11 story
building.
