Facility cites admission form that allows them to increase fees without notification and they will. Services deficient in some areas: medication administration, bathing services, laundry loss of clothing. Facility better suited to elderly w/ full mental faculties who can monitor their own needs and communicate problems directly with staff. Communication with family after admission limited.
