Best person ever!!
I placed my mother in this facility, I have to say Betty Ortiz is a Very
caring Individual whose heart and devotion is in her residents. She is
a very kind,loving, and caring. I would have never placed my mother
in any other facility. I was very satisfied with her service and her home.
