Used this service for 2 months. They started out great but then we
had instances when caregivers showed up on wrong day, wrong time,
didn't show, etc. I began scheduling through email but that didn't
help. Last straw was when caregiver arrived and then left for an errand
and never returned. I called service twice but no one was answering
and voice mailbox was full.
