We visited this facility and I wanted to cry. It was depressing, dilapidated and the residents looked miserable. I don't know who is giving this four stars but it should be investigated. Sorry I've never been in a homeless shelter but judging from how we felt after we left the tour I can only compare it with how I imagine that to be. I would not put my Mom here if we had one dollar in the bank. Sorry it was a very sad and very depressing place. I pray for the people who are stuck there. Shame on their kids for thinking this was the best Las Vegas has to offer.
