Meadow Lake

Meadow Lake is the first continuing care retirement community in Tyler consisting of garden apartment homes, executive homes, assisted living and skilled nursing all on one gated campus.

The gated community is located on 92 acres of mature woods with a lake, ponds and walking trails.

Meadow Lake is sponsored by Sears Methodist Retirement System, a faith-based organization known for their expertise in developing quality communities and services for adults 55 and better.
