Brandywine Senior Living at Huntington Terrace

Brandywine markets themselves well and by all appearances the facilities are lovely. The caretakers are inattentive and don't spend much time providing care. The staff does not know where residents are - including those who are deceased and those who are handicapped. People needing assistance are left sitting outside the door of their rooms pleading for help. People needing help to eat are left staring at their plates incapable of heating up food, cutting it or lifting a fork. Staff is either too busy, poorly trained, doesn't care or all of the above. It's an awful place. Avoid it.
