I heard from a friend of mine that in June 2010 that this facility let her father die and didn't do anything to help him. It was only three staff members on board that night around 12 am. Her father called down for assistance suffering from a seizure and the receptionist ignored both his calls. When the family member demanded for them to go and check on him they told her that they facility was short staff, and it was no one too go and check on him. When the family member called back the second time after she didn't hear anything the receptionist told her the house keeper found on the floor foaming from the mouth. When his daughter arrived 30 minutes later her father had died in his room laying on the floor life less. This is very sad. Please think twice before putting your family members in this assisted living center.
