Prestwick Chase

The owner is way over the top in terms of ruling the roost! In my
opinion he only pretends to have a resident council. He doesn't listen
to resident concerns at all. It is a beautiful facility that could be a
great living environment...but he keeps some of the residents living in
fear that their next fall or wrong move they will be kicked out. I
think he's rude and thinks quite highly of himself. Looks great on the
surface and my parents loved it for a while...after they were there
though we began to realize all the issues. It's too bad because the
setting is really pretty...but not worth the price or the nonsense from
the boss.
