Resident & family reviews

I'll sleep on your floor, just please don't leave me here

More than five states away and no money to travel back to NY, I was shocked to hear that
my friend begged my aunt not to leave her in the care of this facility. She said her roommate
was immobile in her own feces and urine and the room she shared with her reeked of human
filth. She begged my aunt to take her away from this place, going so far as to say she would
sleep on my aunt's floor. She's fallen more than once under the "supervision" of The New
Falls "nurses" and it seems the horrid treatment she receives is on par for this place. There is
little I can do except write due to my lack of funds to get me there in person, but I will be
writing to newspapers, magazines, and anyone who will listen to work on getting this place
shut down or under whole new management and care. The only time I've felt this disgusted
with humanity and the treatment of people is when I've read news articles regarding wars in
third world countries. I am absolutely horrified at what I am hearing and feel useless so
maybe my review will keep others from this awful place and maybe my pleas will reach the
right ears and help out those men and women stuck there now. All I can imagine is my
beloved friend stuck in an episode of American Horror Story: Asylum and I weep. Please,
please keep your loved ones away from this facility
