Just wanted to send you a note and let you know that A Golden Rule is really
a top notch facility, what I really like about it is calling my Mom. Since I am
about an hour away, I am unable to come and visit as much as I would like,
so I often call at all hours of the day, lunch breaks, when I am stuck in
traffic, on my way to work, and they are ALWAYS cheerful when they answer,
and connect me directly with my Mom within a minute.

My mother lives at A Golden Rule. The attentive, pleasant staff visit
with her and make sure her medicines are taken appropriately. They
keep me informed of her needs and concerns, as appropriate. Mom
recently had cataract surgery and the staff was excellent in her pre-op
and post-op home care, as well as helping her not be too frightened of
the surgery. Great place!

A Golden Rule's present staff is very caring and considerate of their
residents. This is a small home style setting and Mom feels
comfortable and valued as a member of this home. I and my siblings
are all able to stop by at any time to visit with Mom. The open door
policy is excellent and the staff is kind and considerate. I rest
comfortably at night knowing she has 24 hour care.
