Operator is a member of Ramtha and pushes teachings upon
residents. Operator has recently built a survival block house for the
upcoming 2012 predicted events including a submarine style air
purification system and steel blast door. Building is disguised as a
normal wood structure but is actually a building with 1 foot concrete
walls. This is in addition to an existing bunker on site. The intention is
to lock residents inside the structure for the predicted event.

Operator is often under the influence of both alcohol and prescription
drugs during evenings and due to lack of additional help may be
unable to properly take care of existing residents.

Operator has been reported as listening in on private conversations
including phone calls of residents.

Operator can be very combative to be residents and visitors.

Operator is becoming more physically unfit to take care of residents
and usually doesn't not dress during the day.
