We had a very bad experience dealing with this facility with our
mother. We had to go to court to attempt to get our contract
mandated refund of money paid in advance. Received judgment but
manager still has not paid as out-lined in the judgment.

Owner is crazy, terrible reputation for not paying his bills. In fact, the water has been cut off
(as has the electricity) because he doesn't pay. The maintenance vendors for equipment and
utilities refuse to service the facility because of the reputation. Very expensive rates when care
is substandard at best.
