BEWARE!!! IF QUALITY CARE IS WHAT YOU WANT FOR YOUR LOVED ONE, PLEASE DON'T TAKE THEM TO SYLVAN RIDGE. IN SPEAKING WITH THE LADY IN CHARGE. I FOUND HER TO BE SELF INDULGING, NOT WILLING TO CREDIT THEY EMPLOYEES FOR THE CARE PROVIDED,AND ADMITTEDLY STATED SHE WOULD NEVER BE THE ONE TO DO THE WORK OF HER EMPLOYEES,AS SHE IS BETTER THAN THAT. HER EXPERIENCE IN PERSONAL CARE IS NONE. CARING FOR THE ELDERLY IS SOMETHING SHE HAS NEVER DONE,LET ALONE RUN THE CARE HOME.
