They have non working air conditioners, no fans to speak of in
rooms. Paint is chipping, do not have activities, get same food for
breakfast most of the time. They do not have trips, rooms are small, and get
charged way to much. The ramps for the handicapped, or slow moving
residents outside is ready to fall apart and to make things worse, the
residents are always grouchy and when you walk in, it reminds you of a
hospital, not a "home". I hope someone does look into this more
deeply, I would not put my relative there under any circumstances.
