access for visitors with handicaps are difficult...place is old except for lobbies a lot of services provided are in the makeshift basement, not enough toiling programs....and physical therapy is not free to everyone. enough though they claim to be a charity... skilled.rooms are depressing, windows glass stained and curtains old...rooms on second floor looks like closets, falls and diaper rash's due to not changing enough, that is my opinion. high turn over of staff.
