Rose Tree Place

My mother was at this facility and I removed her after 6 months of
neglectful service. There were mistakes with paperwork, medications,
diagnosis, services not provided and stealing. The facility itself is
beautiful and convenient but the staff is uneducated and the
management did not take responsibility and make timely and
appropriate corrections. I have heard that the manager was fired and
there is a new manager but I cannot confirm that.
My mother was safer at home than at Rose Tree Place. I spent a lot of
time and money and only got poor service and a lot of worry about
what they would mess up next. It was a nightmare.
